The Black Santa Experience, the first immersive holiday experience created expressly for us, is back for its second year!

Last year, nearly 1000 people gathered to celebrate the true spirit of the season and this year, we've extended our hours so more of you can soak up every moment of holiday bliss. We're hard at work to make it a day you won't soon forget.

Don't forget, it's AMEX Shop Small Saturday, so come and explore a marketplace filled with Black-owned businesses. It's the perfect opportunity to discover unique treasures and gifts that will make your holiday season truly special.

Join us in celebrating the rich tapestry of our community as we come together in unity, love, and laughter. There will be fun for the whole family - face painting, arts and crafts and of course, it wouldn't be The Black Santa Experience without the man of the hour! Santa Claus is back, and he's ready to hear your wishes and spread cheer.

Parents, we haven't forgotten about you! New this year, we will have a lounge for you courtesy of Lansing's newest hot spot, The Comfort Zone Cigar Bar and Bistro. There will be giveaways and much more.

This year's Black Santa Experience promises to be the highlight of your holiday season. We're bringing you more magic, more fun, and more heartwarming moments . Stay tuned for exciting updates and surprises as we countdown to the most joyous event of the holiday season. The first 150 attendees will receive a free swag bag. So throw on your ugly Christmas sweater and join us!

We are thrilled to welcome Santa George Smithers to The Black Santa Experience this year. Santa George is a graduate of the Charles W. Howard Santa Claus School in Midland, Michigan. ( Yes, there is a Santa school, who knew?) Santa George can be found this year at Twelve Oaks Mall, Great Lakes Crossing, Cherry Creek Mall, The Mall at Short Hills NJ to name a few.

Interested in having a professional photo with Santa? There are two options available:

Option A is $12 and includes one 4x6 color photo. Payment is taken at the event.
Option B is $30 and includes six digital images - perfect for holiday christmas cards or gifts. There are a limited number of these sessions available and they must be scheduled and paid in advance.

By participating as a vendor in Lansing's 2nd Black Santa Experience, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your products and services to a diverse and engaged audience. This event is not only a platform for local Black-owned businesses to gain exposure, but its also a chance to align your brand with a meaningful cause that promotes inclusivity and positivity in the Lansing community.

To be a vendor, your business must be a minority owned business (51% racial or ethnic minority). We request that each vendor donate one item to our Silent Auction 100% of the proceeds of the raffle will go toward fulfilling as many of the letters to Santa submitted by children attendees as possible.

Vendor Cost $125 - Just a few more spots are available. Deadline is November 10

Each vendor will be provided with one 8 - foot table, 2 chairs and 1 tablecloth.

A limited number of premium 10 foot vendor spaces are available for $175. SOLD OUT!
